Shiloh can has many as possible, though her particular close friends would be considered very 'appealing'. Anyway Shiloh has a habit of nosing into everyone's business that it might seem near enough impossible not to know of her, friendship wise she could have gave you advice, gave you compliments etc etc. Though if you're immensely nice to her she'll love you even more (but when I mean immensely nice, I mean always agreeing with her, giving her stuff, like a little assistant) But she'll also need friends that can sometimes tell her straight when she's being a pain in the arse. She's very nosy, she'll parade in your business, she'll tell you you look horrible, nitpicking at your appearance but she swears she means well. Oh and disagreeing with her, she also hates to lose blahblah, the list could go on. Just as a man might act towards a woman Shiloh can be equally as vulgar, this includes yelling lewd comments, pitching bums and etc. Even if she hates you, she'll still flirt it's when she doesn't flirt and get's oddly more angrier than usual is when things have gotten serious.
