Kazu had no duties to attend to at the moment and instead of mopping around the halls, Kazu decided he'd go ahead and tour the gardens for a bit while he waited for Rachel. Upon his arrival Kazuho saw that there was hardly anyone here at the moment. It was odd, as usually someone would be sitting on one of the benches or in the gazebo's. It only bothered Kazu because he usually started a conversation with one of the people.
Shrugging his shoulders he walked over to where some of the flowers were and started to inspect them to see how well they were. Kazu knew that they had a regular caretaker but, it still couldn't help to look. Right? Kazu smiled as he lightly stroked the stem of the flower, loving the feeling of life the Earth gave to humanity.

Every time she felt worried, sad, or even happy she knew that coming here always made her feel at ease. Today was like no other, Rue decided to swing by the garden after school. With all of her might Rue ran from the flight of stairs to the place that kept the wonderful plants. Taking in a deep breath, she smiled and blinked a few times. “Few...I’m so glad I made it in time.” She said silently to herself.
The short ( 5’4 ), pink haired female didn’t know that someone else was here as well. From the corner of her eye she noticed something was off. A small bird that must have come from the outside had destroyed a few roses. Rue, a female who loved flowers couldn’t even stand what she was seeing. The short gal didn’t understand why the bird was destroying these magnificent specimens but she had to stop the bird as soon as possible. Maybe the poor creature was hungry and thought the roses were food. Whatever its reason Rue was determined to put a stop to this.
“Nooo…!” Rue dropped her backpack and started to run towards the small bird. “STOP!! GET AWAY!” She said as she shooed the bird. As she did this Rue had lost her balance and fell back on the grass. A loud thud could probably be heard from miles away.
The bird flew over her which scared her in the process. Rue tightly closed both of her eyes. “Ow…” A few seconds went by and Rue opened her right eye. Four feathers were all that was left behind from the small creature.

Kazu had been spacing out, and wondering if he should buy some nice potted plants for his dorm room when he heard shouting. At first he thought the person had been talking to him and he turned around to apologize the lady, since he'd recognized the feminine voice. But, as Kazu turned around, he saw that a short pink haired girl was chasing after a small bird that was trying to devour a rose. Kazu immediately ran over, to help the flower or lady he didn't know, but was too late as he saw the lady fall with a loud thud.
"MISS! Are you okay? You aren't hurt are you?" Kazu asked as he ran forward (of course almost tripping in the process) and knelt to help her up. He didn't recognize her from the school but figured he should make sure she was okay before asking trivial questions. Kazu quickly looked at the rose and saw that it suffered no fatal harm from the birds attack, Kazu gave a sigh of relief and focused on the girl now, hoping she was okay. It didn't look that bad, so it wasn't like she'd die from it right?
Nakamura! Calm down! She's not going to die! Jeez! Kazu mentally shouted in his mind. He took a deep breath and waited for the lady's response.
