After tons of hard work and preparation, the evening of the Entrance Ball had arrived. Gabriella took plenty of time to get ready, though she made sure she wasn't too late. She made Leon, her butler, wait outside of her room as she got dressed, she had wanted to keep her beautiful gown a secret to him until the night of the ball, and unless he peeked, she had succeeded. The gown she had chosen was elegant yet modern and fashionable. It was white, with faint glitter around the top and bottom edges. It was slim fitted around the top and waist but as it went down it slowly flared out a bit, with a small cut up the one leg, not too high though. Gabby had her hair tied up in a bun, which had spiral curls falling out everywhere. There were shoes to match her dress, nothing with too high of a heel so she wouldn't become suddenly clumsy and embarrass herself tonight. She had also gone with light make-up, not wanting to do it, and confident she was pretty enough. When she was finally done admiring herself in the mirror she stepped out of her room and smiled at Leon. "I'm almost as tall as you now!" A giggle escaped her lips and she smiled. He was looking good as well and it made her blush. Tonight would be hard to keep her hands off of him while they were being watched by tons of student and staff. With a sigh she leaned up the small bit she had to with her heels on and pecked his lips. Gabby lingered there for a moment, not wanting to pull away. She eventually did and slipped her arm through his. "Ready to go?" She walked with him to the ballroom and took a deep breath, once she stepped in she would have to speak and la di da. She wasn't nervous, but this was the first time she'd be speaking to all of the students. She looked up at Leon before before the doors were opened for her and she stepped in. She was glad she at least had him by her side. She swallowed and folded her hands in front of her, clearing her throat so everyone would watch her. "Welcome everyone!" Gabrielle mused and a smile graced her lips. "I thank you all for coming, though it's not like you had a choice." She giggled quietly before continuing, "So as you all know, this marks the beginning of the school yea, and next week classes start counting. I'm sure all of you will do wonderful, I have faith in you." She glanced over at Leon and smiled. "Now I'm sure you'd rather not hear me blabber on the rest of the night. So please, enjoy your night!" Gabriella bowed and then walked down the steps with Leon at her side, to get to the main floor of the ballroom, where everyone would soon be dancing. [/style]

What took what seemed to be an eternity to arrange finally came into fruition, the ball the two of them had been slaving over finally happening. It was an event Leon knew all too well on how much his lo-the head mistress had put into trying to prepare it for the newly ressurected school. He admitted had a rough time helping her put her plans into action, worrying mostly about the food and drinks that were to be ready for hundreds for students, ladies and their butlers-in-training. And though he was anxiously looking forward seeing the seeds for their labor bear fruit, his excitement was not focused solely on the things to occur that evening. As Leon simply leaned against the right wall beside her door, anxiety filled his heart as he awaited the person inside to walk out.

The male's attire was more formal compared to his normal butler attire, the male dressed in all white save for his tie which was sky blue, and his shoes that were black. It was perhaps misleading that he appeared much more like a noble than a servant, but this occasion did call for the butlers to look their best. His blue hair had been combed back a little, though parted towards the right to give him a cleaner appearance. Still it was not his own appearance he was pondering upon, his azure hues shifting off to the side as the doors swung open for the young woman to walk out of the room she was in. With eyes fixed upon her, he was stunned on how elegant she looked in her attire, much more surprised by the fact her clothes seemingly complimented his own. She was literally breathtaking, the male unable to actually say anything to her. He could not even let out a chuckle to the slight joke she said, his cheeks being painted a slight tone of pink as she brushed her lips lightly against his own. As much as he liked that, hd could only pray that no one was around to see that display of affection between them. He only then nodded his head while still being speechless for the moment, later mentally trying to wipe away feelings of anxiety and embarrassment from his mind as he escorted her to the ballroom.

As they stepped into the large grand hall, it took a while for the male's eyes to get used to the colors of blue, white and gold that decorated the ballroom. From the decorative curtains to the table setting, the marble statues to the ice sculptures...everything was in perfect order for was seemed to be the first best night of many similar events to come. His ears listened intently to the rather small speech she gave out to all those in attendance, their eyes meeting for a brief moment before she ended her surprisingly short talk. He hadn't exactly had any time to try any of the food prepared since he was curious on how well they came out, follow his lady onto the central area of the ballroom. And like a good butler he was supposed to act as, he just spoke in an inquiring tone.
